What data we process and why

This site does not store data on its own servers. Forms open WhatsApp with the message already written, which is sent from your phone. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or Instagram, we process the data you provide (name, phone and booking details) to handle your enquiry and booking, and for the resulting administrative and tax management.

Legal basis

Performance of your request or booking and, where applicable, your consent. We only send marketing messages if you have consented.

Recipients

We do not share your data except where legally required. We use providers acting as processors (for example the ticketing and booking platform we link to, or WhatsApp, which follows its own policy).

Retention

For as long as needed to deal with your request and afterwards for the applicable legal periods.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the controller at the address above. If you think your rights have not been met, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
